We are four students of University Witzenhausen in the 3rd semester Master "International Food Business and Consumer Studies (IFBC)”. As part of the achievement of the Master degree in International Food Business and Consumer Studies (IFBC), we are a group of international students Vera O’Niel from the Netherlands, Caroline Nandwa from Kenya, Mohammad Habibur Rahman from Bangladesh and Nadja Schuster from Germany working on a project, under supervision of Prof. Dr. Angelika Ploeger, with the aim to change Witzenhausen into Germany’s first sustainable food city.
